Our ‘Super Staff’ nomination form is a simple way for you to recognise and say thank you 💖 to a member of staff who has gone above and beyond 🌟 and made a real difference.

✨ Anyone can be nominated, including: Teachers, teaching assistants, office staff, caretakers, cleaners, midday supervisors and kitchen staff.

🙌 And anyone can nominate! Parents, grandparents, governors, members of the community—or even another member of staff.
