'Super Staff' nomination form
At Newhall Infant and Nursery School, we know we have got super staff and we would like to let them know. Our 'Super Staff' form is a way for anyone to recognise and say thank you to a member of staff who has gone over and above and done something special.
All staff can be nominated - teachers, teaching assistants, office staff, caretakers, cleaners, midday supervisors and kitchen staff. And anyone can nominate them - parents, grandparents, governors, members of the public or another member of staff.
